International Carwash Association is excited to announce the return of the Executive Management Institute™️, as we move this year's edition to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana USA.
The Institute is designed to enhance the leadership and management skills of car wash professionals through an intense, rigorous curriculum.

Immersive and All-Inclusive
This five-day program is a unique chance for you to expand your learning—or maybe you have an emerging leader in your business who would thrive after a week on campus.
Taught by executive education faculty, the program is an immersive week of strategic business, financial, and leadership training.
Limited to 35 participants, the exclusive class size lets you connect and learn in an intimate setting while building a life-long network of like-minded car wash professionals.
The fee of $5,500 includes:
- Full curriculum and course materials
- Lodging on campus (Sunday night arrival; Friday afternoon departure)
- All meals
- Special evening receptions

Application Process
In order to be considered, applicants must submit a (1) personal essay and (2) letter of recommendation. Applications from ICA members will receive priority consideration.
The personal essay should address your reasons for applying for the program, what you hope to take away from the experience and how the Executive Management Institute could support your personal and professional goals.
The letter of recommendation should come from a current or former supervisor, and speak to your accomplishments and suitability for this unique program.
When you have the personal essay and letter of recommendation, submit them via the form below. Upon acceptance, you will be invoiced for the program fee. Payment is due upon receipt in order to secure your seat in the class.
